The Promise Scholars Program is committed to providing the avenue and support services needed for former foster youth to succeed in college and build a brighter future for themselves through higher education.
Fostering Success Michigan is a program of Educate Tomorrow that aims to increase access and success in higher education and post-college careers for youth with experience in foster care.
